By 1950 (in no small measure due to the effects of the recently ended war) Coventry had changed and grown so swiftly that the modern city was in danger of forgetting the glories and beauty of the old city. As time moved to the present, it has become even more apparent that memories of the old Coventry are more precious than ever and need to be preserved. This book aims to do just that.
