In 'Thrussington: a Village Story' members of The Thrussington Local History Society, Leicestershire, combine to write about many aspects of village life including, Church and Chapels, Education and Law and Order, and identify the changes from a close knit farming community to what the house agents describe as 'a desirable location'. In the last chapter personal reminiscences by long standing members of the village community bring the recent past to life.
